Product Description

JAMES anti-skid testing machine is used to test the dry static friction coefficient of shoe sole materials. It uses the load to pass through the sample and generate horizontal and vertical force components on the test ground. Based on the principle of force balance, the friction coefficient between the sample and the ground is determined. Suitable for testing the friction coefficient of shoe soles, front soles, or heels to determine the anti-skid performance of shoes. Place the sample on the test plane, use glycerin as a lubricant, apply a given load, and then move the test bench relative to the sample in the horizontal direction by lateral traction force, measure the dynamic friction force, and calculate the dynamic friction coefficient.

2. What’s the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email.

Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
